How Do You Handle Stress?

April is STRESS AWARENESS Month. We all experience it. How fitting that this would take place during tax season.

What are your top 2 ways you deal with stress? Mine are:
  1. Prayer

  2. Talk with friends for support

Stress?...What's that? Just joshin' ya!

A few things I do:
Breathe (seriously...just stop and breathe)
Make time to sit and watch a little TV
Do something relaxing (scrapping, knitting, chopping veggies) the key is make it something that doesn't HAVE to get done!

I AGREE. PRAYER & TALKING WITH FRIENDS ARE THE BEST WAYS TO HANDLE STRESS. JUST BE SURE THE FRIENDS GIVE "WISE COUNSEL". ALSO JUST SITTING, STARING AT THE TV AND DECOMPRESSING HELPS - IT REQUIRES NO EFFORT!
