Spring is Shred-a-Thon Time!

If you have a LOT of shredding to catch up on, search for a FREE Shred-a-Thon near you. Spring is the time to get rid of those sensative papers and documents. Using a shredding company is fast and efficent.

For those of you who live in the Madison and Milwaukee area of Wisconsin, the Wisconsin Chapter of the National Association of Professional Organizers will be hosting 4 FREE Shred-a-Thon events.

April 17 & 18 Madison

Friday from 10am – 3pm
Saturday from 9am-Noon

May 2 New Berlin
Partnering with SecurX and Maritime Savings Bank
Saturday from 9am – Noon

May 2 Kenosha
Partnering with AM Community Credit Union
Saturday from 9am – Noon

May 9 Mequon

Also, the web site FileStoreShred.com maintains a list of free paper shredding and electronics recycling events in Wisconsin and from coast to coast across the country. Similar to what is mentioned above, these events are faster and easier than trying to dispose of this stuff at home. Up until now, it was never this easy to find a shred when you needed one.
